We supply medical imaging systems, laser platforms, consumables and spare parts — sourced to specification, with the manufacturer’s conformity documents attached to the delivery, and the engineering behind the installation when the room has to be built around the machine.
What we supply
Medical imaging
CT scanners, MRI systems and mammography units. Radiography, ultrasound and C-arms on request. New and refurbished, with the installation and commissioning handled.
Laser systems
Surgical and aesthetic laser platforms with their full accessory range. Our reference unit is the Opera Lift dual-wavelength diode platform.
Consumables and accessories
Catheters, guide wires, puncture needles, valves, optical fibres, handpieces and sterile sets, ordered by reference or by equivalent.
Spare parts and service
Parts for installed equipment, including units whose original supplier has stopped answering. Identification from a photograph or a nameplate when the reference is lost.

Imaging: the machine is the easy part
A CT scanner or an MRI is not delivered, it is installed. The room has to take the weight, the power has to be stable, the shielding has to be calculated, the chiller has to be sized, and the crate has to get through a door that was built before anyone thought about it.
That is the part most suppliers leave to the hospital. We do not, because the engineering and site teams are in the same group: survey of the existing room, load and power check, shielding and layout, logistics and rigging, then commissioning and handover with the manufacturer’s engineer.
If you already have a supplier for the machine and only need the room made ready, that works too — see Engineering and Services.
Equipment by type: CT scanners · MRI systems · mammography and tomosynthesis.
Why a project supplier, and not a catalogue
A hospital, a clinic or a laboratory buying from abroad rarely fails on the product. It fails on the file: a declaration of conformity that does not match the model shipped, a sterilisation batch with no expiry date, labelling in the wrong language, an invoice without the right customs code. The crate arrives and stays in the port.
What we do is handle the enquiry end to end: identify the item, qualify the manufacturer, check that the documentation matches what your regulator will ask for, and deliver with the file complete.
How an enquiry is handled
Qualify
You send a reference, a model number, a data sheet, or simply a photo of the equipment to be replaced. Anything missing from the specification is raised the same day, with a proposed equivalent when the original is discontinued.
Source
We go back to the manufacturer or to an authorised channel, not to a marketplace. Where a manufacturer does not answer, we chase, and when the file is worth it we travel to them.
Verify the file
Before the order is placed we confirm the conformity documents exist for the exact model and configuration ordered, in the language your authority accepts.
Deliver and install
Packing, customs, transport, delivery to the agreed point, and for capital equipment the siting, installation and commissioning. One contact from the enquiry to the handover.
What has to be confirmed before an order
These are the checks a buyer should insist on, whoever supplies. We run them as part of the quotation.
| Point | Reference | What is confirmed before the order |
|---|---|---|
| Conformity and marking | EU Regulation 2017/745 (medical devices), 2017/746 (in-vitro diagnostics) | Which regulation the device falls under, its class, and who the legal manufacturer is |
| Manufacturer’s quality system | ISO 13485 | Certificate number, scope and expiry date |
| Electrical safety | IEC 60601-1 and the applicable collateral standards | The edition applied and the test report reference |
| Radiation-emitting equipment | IEC 60601-2-44 (CT), IEC 60601-2-45 (mammography), national authorisation | Who holds the authorisation to operate, and the acceptance test to be run after installation |
| Sterile barrier and packaging | ISO 11607-1 and ISO 11607-2 | Sterilisation method, batch number and expiry date |
| Labelling and symbols | ISO 15223-1 | Language of the labelling and of the instructions for use |
| Materials in patient contact | ISO 10993 series | Which parts of the series apply, and the evaluation report |
What comes with every order
- A written offer stating price, lead time, the exact model and the applicable regulation
- The manufacturer’s declaration of conformity for the model and configuration shipped
- Batch or lot number, sterilisation data and expiry date where the product carries them
- Packing list and customs codes, so the consignment clears without a second file
- For capital equipment: site survey, installation, commissioning and operator training
Where we operate
France, Algeria and the Middle East, from the same team that handles our industrial supply. Enquiries are answered in English, French or Arabic.
One limit, stated plainly: we supply, install and document. We are not the legal manufacturer of the equipment we source, and we do not act as an authorised representative. Where that role is required, it stays with the manufacturer, and we tell you who holds it.
Common questions
Can you quote from a model number alone?
Usually yes. A model number, a label photograph or the old part is normally enough to identify the item and come back with the exact reference or an equivalent. Where the identification is not certain, we say so in the offer rather than guess.
Do you handle the installation of a scanner or an MRI?
Yes. Site survey, floor loading, power, shielding, cooling, access route and rigging, then commissioning with the manufacturer’s engineer and operator training. We can also take on only the room preparation if the machine comes from elsewhere.
Do you supply refurbished imaging equipment?
Yes, when the budget calls for it. A refurbished unit is quoted with its history, the parts replaced, the warranty offered and the regulatory status in your country. If any of those cannot be documented, we say so instead of selling it anyway.
Do you supply the regulatory documentation?
We pass on what the manufacturer issues: declaration of conformity, quality system certificate, batch and sterilisation data, instructions for use. We do not issue those documents ourselves and we do not take on the legal manufacturer’s obligations.
What lead times should I expect?
It depends entirely on the item. Stocked consumables ship in days; a configured imaging system can run to several months including installation. The lead time is stated in the offer and we tell you when it moves, rather than letting you find out.
Will you supply a single item?
Yes. A single spare part for an instrument that is down is treated with the same attention as a full package. That is usually how a working relationship starts.
Send us your enquiry
A model number, a data sheet, a room drawing, or a photograph of the equipment. Send what you have and we come back with a quotation and a lead time.
