What the platform is used for

The two wavelengths are absorbed differently in water and in fat, which is what allows one unit to cover both cutting and coagulation work and the softer tissue applications. In practice the configurations we are asked for most often are:

  • Laser lipolysis and body contouring, with the dedicated handpiece set
  • Skin tightening on face, neck and body
  • Endovenous treatment of varicose veins, with radial fibres
  • Proctology, including haemorrhoid procedures
  • ENT and dental soft-tissue surgery
  • Gynaecological applications
  • Onychomycosis

Treatment parameters, energy settings and patient selection are clinical decisions and are set out in the manufacturer’s manual. We do not publish dosing on a web page.

What comes with the unit

  • Delivery, installation and commissioning on site
  • Hands-on training for the operators, and onboarding support afterwards
  • A two-year warranty, per the manufacturer’s documentation
  • Technical support and spare parts, including fibres and handpieces as consumables
  • The manufacturer’s declaration of conformity and the technical file for your records

Regulatory status. Opera Lift is a medical device, to be used by trained healthcare professionals. The manufacturer states that the unit is CE marked. Registration requirements, permitted indications and the authorisation to operate differ from one country to another: we confirm the status for your country in writing before any order, and we tell you who the legal manufacturer and the authorised representative are.

Common questions

Is training included?

Yes. Hands-on training for the operators at installation, plus support afterwards while the protocols are being settled into the practice. The scope of the training is written into the offer, not left as a verbal promise.

Does it fit alongside the equipment we already have?

It is a standalone bench unit, so it does not depend on an existing platform. Whether a given protocol complements what you already offer is a clinical and commercial question, and the honest answer depends on your case mix — we will go through it with you rather than claim it suits everyone.

Which skin types can be treated?

The manufacturer states the platform is used across skin types. Patient selection, test patches and contraindications remain the clinician’s decision and are covered in the manual and in the training.

What are the running costs?

Fibres and some handpieces are consumables with a finite number of uses; the rest is servicing. We give you the consumable list with unit prices and expected life at the time of the offer, so the running cost is known before you buy, not after.

Do you supply outside the Middle East?

Enquiries from France, Algeria and the Middle East are handled directly. For other countries, distribution rights may sit elsewhere; we check and tell you rather than quote something we cannot deliver.
